I started Daee because most performance marketing agencies run ads without understanding the business underneath them. The work is shallow on purpose. It scales that way. It just does not produce the outcome the client actually hired for.
I think in cause, effect, and leverage. Not in hacks, not in hype. If you do not have a system that reliably converts attention into revenue, running more ads just burns money faster.
We say no more than we say yes. That is the whole point.
Saad started Daee after running growth for D2C and B2B brands across India and the Gulf — long enough to see the same patterns break the same companies. The studio is his answer to it.
He spends his time inside the work: running ad accounts, building CRM logic, writing the brief, reviewing creative. The agency model where the founder pitches and disappears does not run here.
